The problem
The client sets up styled "refreshment corners" outside the restrooms at weddings and events: a dressed table with perfume, hair and care products, flowers and candles, matched to the event's design. It is a product people understand the moment they see it, and not a second earlier, so the site had to lead with photographs and say very little.
Everything about the audience is mobile: couples find vendors on Instagram and in WhatsApp groups, on their phones, often late at night. The site had to read right to left, load fast on a phone, and make the next step a single tap. The owner also wanted real reviews from real guests, a way to capture enquiries when she cannot answer the phone, and to rank on Google for the Hebrew searches couples actually type.
What we built
Every screen ends in a conversation. A bar fixed to the bottom of the phone offers WhatsApp, a call, a quote form and the accessibility menu; on a phone, a sideways swipe moves between the site's pages. The quote form stores the enquiry in Firestore and also opens as a pre-filled WhatsApp message, which is how most of them actually arrive.
The reviews board is the site's own: guests sign in with Google and post under their own name, with up to four photos stored inline in Firestore, so there is no storage bill and no fake reviews. The owner is an admin on the same board: she can post a review that came in over WhatsApp under the guest's name and date, and delete anything. A private admin page lists the enquiries, and the footer shows her the visitor and WhatsApp-tap counts.
For search, every page carries structured data (local business, services, FAQ, articles and breadcrumbs), a sitemap and Open Graph previews, and three long-form Hebrew guides target the phrases couples search for: "grooming corner for a wedding", "restroom styling for a wedding" and "pampering basket for the restrooms". A built-in accessibility menu (larger text, high contrast, readable font, highlighted links, paused animations) and a published accessibility statement cover the Israeli accessibility requirements.
